pink House Alchemy

Pink House Alchemy utilizes wholesome ingredients to create deliciously nostalgic simple syrups in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Pink House Alchemy orginally developed simple syrups, bitters, and shrubs in an actual 100-year old pink house. With the passion of this team, they have created various flavors of joy with the inspiration of roots, barks, fruits, herbs, and botanicals. Everyday since they first stepped into the old pink house, ph Alchemy pursues finding new connections of ingredients for discovering new flavors.

Great Ferments

Cat Swenson, owner of Great Ferments, creates extremely healthful products through the natural process of fermentation.

An obsession with nutrient-dense, traditionally prepared foods led Cat to create a line of artisan fermented vegetables. Great Ferments makes pickled veggies the old fashioned way using lacto-fermentation which creates a delicious and probiotic-rich, live cultured food.

Mundi Sauce

Delicious, fiery hot sauces and big senses of humor define Mundi Sauce, which is based out of Eureka Springs.

Mundi Sauce originates from a well visited Arkansas town called Eureka Springs. Before Mundi Sauce was created, it all started out with a small outdoor café which grew to be the taste-testing grounds for various in-house made hot sauces. With a great number of tourists and vistors in the area, they have received numerous compliments on their hot sauces. This lead the owner of the café to meet with a culinary hot sauce engineer which then, ultimately, lead to the successful production of Mundi Sauce. With a great response from consumers, Mundi Sauce was accepted to the AFIC community and has been spicy hot ever since!

J.R.’s Kombucha

Mandy Warren of J.R.’s Kombucha started brewing kombucha at home before joining AFIC.

JR’s Kombucha started brewing kombucha at home for friends, who not only loved it for the taste, but for the health benefits, as well. They started teaching classes on how to make kombucha after they perfected their own recipe. When their kids started making kombucha with them they realized that starting a business making kombucha would be an amazing family venture. The brand, JR’s Kombucha, is named after their two children, Jude and Rae.
